1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any website operated by Dilys Group Inc. — including dilysgroup.ca, dilyssearch.ca, athenarh.com, and dilysconsulting.com (collectively, the "Sites") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Sites immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors, whether or not they submit a contact form or engage our services. They are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
2. Use of the Sites
You may use the Sites for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Sites to transmit unsolicited commercial messages, to harvest contact information, to impersonate Dilys Group or any third party, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Sites or their hosting infrastructure.
We reserve the right to deny access to the Sites to any person at any time, without notice, for any reason.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sites — including text, images, logos, graphics, layout, and code — is the property of Dilys Group Inc. or its content providers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

The Dilys Group, Dilys Search, Athena, and Dilys Consulting names and logos are trade names of Dilys Group Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

While we strive to keep information current and accurate, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information for any particular purpose.
Nothing on the Sites constitutes professional legal, financial, HR, or business advice. Specific decisions should be made only after consultation with qualified professionals.
5. Third-Party Links
The Sites may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dilys Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Sites or their content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Sites shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
7. Contact Forms and Inquiries
Submitting a contact form on any of our Sites does not create a client relationship, retainer, or any obligation on the part of Dilys Group Inc. A business relationship is formed only upon execution of a written agreement signed by both parties.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within two business days, but make no guarantee as to response time.

Your use of the Sites is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Sites after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
